GameBase64 for Mac

GameBase64 is a database program for your favorite Commodore 64 emulator. This is the very first version of this program for the Mac. GameBase64 allows you to drag and drop a folder full of your Commodore 64 roms and the program will pull up information and screen shots for all your games. Let’s see what Andreas Varga, the creator of this program, had to say about this new release.

This is the first version of GameBase64 Browser for Mac. After many years of neglect, there finally is a real GameBase64 front-end for the Mac.

I already have many ideas of how to take this even further, so stay tuned for future developments. In the meantime enjoy this new way of experiencing all the classic Commodore 64 games, it’s like a blast from the past.

I hope that you will discover long forgotten memories, just like I did when creating this application. Have fun!

Grab this program from the Box File Widget or from the GameBase64 for Mac homepage. You can also grab Richard Bannister’s Commodore 64 emulator Frodo here.

Cheers!

About Mac Emulators
I am an Old School gamer with roots in emulation and gaming. I love video games, but mostly I love the old ones from our past. Emulation is a way to experience all these old games on your personal computer.
